Breath, just breath. It'll be ok.

It's something that we do every day.

We breath.

You do it unconsciously. I mean that's why they have the saying "it's like breathing."

Because it's that simple. You need to do it to live.

But, did you know there are other benefits from breathing. More specifically when you do deep breathing?

Taking part in deep breathing every day will not only help your mood, but it will also improve your health.

Deep breathing can:

  1. Decrease stress

  2. Relieve pain

  3. Detoxify your body through your lymphatic system

  4. Improve immunities

  5. Increases your energy

  6. Lowers your blood pressure

  7. Improve your digestion

I think those are some great benefits from simply doing something you do every day. Just doing it a little different for 5 minutes a day.

I can definitely attest to number 6 there. I do deep breathing every time I feel myself becoming tense or in a tense situation.

Like when my wife and I are arguing, and she doesn't stop. Or when I am at work, and that same annoying person comes and asks the same question 10 times, but then continues to talk to you about life, when you just want to sit there and get your work done.

How this deep breathing stuff works is this. Take a deep breath in through your nose for 5 seconds. Hold it for 3 seconds, and then let it out through your relaxed yaw for 5 seconds.

If you can do that 5 times, which typically is 5 minutes a day. You will drastically improve your well-being.

And whats the point of living in this world if you don't improve your well-being, your mood, your health, and your happiness.

That's it!

Try this. I guarantee that you will see the benefits. especially in the lowering of blood pressure and decreasing of stress.

Because lets be honest that shit is all around us these days.
