Do more than learn, teach.

Starting something new is great. It gives us a lot of excitement and some new found energy. You have mystery involved on what might happen. You have the world in front of you.

Once you get started you start to progress through life. You start to gain momentum and really get some traction towards your dreams.

There will be times in your journey on whatever you are working towards. There will be times when you fall down. There will be times when you fail, and fail hard. You will be beaten, battered, and broken to the point that you will want to quit.

That my friend is part of the process. There is nothing in this world. Nothing that you want will come to you easily. You will have to work for it every step of the way. You will have to spill blood, sweat and tears for your dreams.

At the same time. Don't keep all this wisdom. All of this new found knowledge to yourself. There are some many people out there that can use the experience you just gained. Don't keep it to yourself, share it with the world. Find someone, anyone, and mentor them.

Not only will you help them in their lives. Not only could your experiences save their life. But it will work for you as well. You mentoring someone else, and bringing them with you will help you build your leadership. It will help you build your speaking. It will help you increase in your patience, your empathy and sympathy.

So don't look at teaching someone something as a burden for you. Look at it as something that will benefit you more than you know. It also help you to retain your information. So the next time something like this happens to you or something similar. You will already have that knowledge readily available to move through your obstacles faster.
