Just keep moving forward. Shit will happen.

One thing that I learned when I was in boot camp was this.

Just keep moving forward.

There will be days that you are dog tired. There will be days that you just don't give a shit. There will be days when the whole world is crumbling around you, and you feel like you can't get out. There will be days when you just want the world to end.

Just keep moving forward.

One step at a time.

Hell someday's it might seem like you only have one step in you. That's fine. Because again, one step will add up over time.

You don't have to check off all your goals and "to do's" today. Today you might be hurting a bit.

There's nothing wrong with that. Just get back to it tomorrow.

You don't even have to make up what you didn't do the day prior. Just get done what you can today. Then do the same thing the next day.

One of these days you will have more energy and motivation to get some extra stuff done. DO IT. Get it done.

One thing I do ask from you is this. Do not... and I repeat. DO NOT make yourself feel bad for not completing a task or a goal you set.

It happens, your human. move on. There will be tomorrow. Unless you die. Then in that case you don't have to worry about that task every again. (lil joke there😉)

But seriously life will not be all sunshine and rainbows.

When it is great. Get your shit down. When it is not, well hunker down, get out what you can, and then attack tomorrow.
